Bryan Adams Milwaukee Concert reviews
Disappointment
I bought a VIP ticket for $230 to meet Marilyn Manson. The day of the show, I followed all the instructions, arriving early and waiting in line like everyone else. However, upon reaching the VIP booth, they informed me that I was not listed for the meet and greet, despite having paid for it. The Ticketmaster webpage detailed all the perks of the VIP package, including early entry, free parking, and a shirt, among other things, which included the meet and greet opportunity. The process involved waiting for Juan to gather everyone, heading to Manson's location, meeting him, taking a picture, receiving a hug, and saying goodbye, all of which were supposed to be part of my ticket. Disheartened and on the verge of tears, I questioned why I was excluded and asked for proof of my purchase, but they only had a hand-written list of names, which seemed unprofessional. Realizing that I wouldn't receive a refund or meet Manson, I decided to cut my losses and enter the venue. To my disappointment, the VIP package did not even include a shirt. I don't blame Ticketmaster, but I believe that such high-priced transactions should be handled more professionally to prevent loyal fans from being taken advantage of. Despite the letdown, I tried to enjoy the show, finding Manson's performance average, perhaps because of my emotional state. On the bright side, Bryan Adams's set was fantastic!
